Our Algarve holiday apartment you see in the picture, viewed from the golf driving range, is on the ground floor. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main entrance, two to three minutes walk from the latest pool complex and the golf Clubhouse
The air-conditioned/heated lounge-dining room contains: a three seat sofa and a two seat sofa, fireside seating, flat screen cable TV, mini Hi-Fi system, dining table & chairs for eight visitors.
There are three double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning/heating. The master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, includes: bath with shower over, twin wash basins, w.c. and bidet. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, w.c. and bidet.
The kitchen has: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full oven & hob, settings for eight and plenty of equipment. The utility room houses a washing machine, seperate tumble drier, iron & ironing board. It also stores two garden loungers when not in use.
All the fixtures, fittings and equipment are of a high standard. The lounge and two of the bedrooms in this holiday apartment have southeast facing terraces directly overlooking the golf driving range.
A cleaning and laundry service is provided for the days of your arrival and departure and once more halfway through a holiday of 14 nights or more. If you wish we can arrange to provide you with additional cleaning or laundry services from Balaia Management at a reasonable extra charge.
The two nearest beaches from this golf village apartment: Santa Eulalia and Maria Luisa are across the road, a 10 minute stroll from either side of the Village entrance. Further along the road to the East, only minutes away by car, is Olhos da Agua, which has a superb beach, including a fishermans area and one or two very good restaurants. The main beaches of Praia d'Oura and Albufeira are also close by this Algarve Golf Village.
Balaia Golf Village usually arranges an eight seat minibus service to and from Albufeira in peak periods. Ask at Reception.
This Algarve holiday apartment in Balaia Golf Village is a thirty to forty minute drive from Faro International Airport. We provide you with a map and directions. Flights from London and other southern UK airports to Faro take about two and a half hours.
A golfing holiday is particularly well served in the Balaia Golf Village with: an executive nine hole golf course, a fifty bay driving range, practice holes, putting green, pitch & putt plus a golf shop and golf pro. The relaxing Clubhouse which is two minutes away from our Algarve holiday apartment, has a restaurant with a spacious terrace overlooking the first tee. The Pro shop is fully stocked for the expert or novice golfer. There is a Management and 24 hour Reception service on site that can usually arrange: currency exchange, car hire, taxis, airport transfers, as well as: baby sitting or cots and generally be most helpful. Adjacent to the main entrance there is a: supermarket, newsagent/gift shop, hairdressing salon and a beauty parlour.
